Proper nutrition is essential for great sleep. We all understand that food comes in three basic forms, i.e., Protein, Fats, and Carbohydrates. We need all three right?

We thought it might be fun to share the latest feedback we have received from a customer who uses our Lullaby CD to soothe their children and help them sleep. We hope you enjoy their comment as much as we do. "We don't know why you even bothered to write more than one or two songs. For, that is all it ever takes before my kids are all snoozing away. Sometimes I am tempted to start at the end of the CD just so we can hear the songs we have yet to need. In all seriousness, your music is a must-have for long car rides or late night drives home from visiting friends. The soothing lullaby's do the trick every time, without fail. Thank you for sharing your talents." We always appreciate hearing feedback from our customers.
And- we wish you and your children very sweet dreams! Too little or too much sleep can be detrimental to one’s health. I have read that sleep regenerates neurons that enable the brain to function optimally. When I am really tired I give thanks that my body knows what to do to repair the damage I did to it all day. I think good sleep is every bit as important as good nutrition and good exercise.
